Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All artwork is designed and printed by Line Language, and sent from Melbourne, Australia.
 

Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, we will send you an order confirmation email to the e-mail address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

Once we receive your order or receive confirmation that you are happy with your custom print, we will print, package and send your product(s) to you generally within 1 -3 business days.

Please note that we make no guarantees on the exact delivery time but will ensure delivery is being made within a reasonable time. 

​

All orders go through an artwork quality check as well as a product quality check. This will ensure you receive the highest quality print.

​

Frameless prints are placed in acid free, archival seals. A4 and A3 prints come with a thick backing board and placed in a rigid envelope. A2 prints are delicately rolled into a mailing tube.

​

Australian orders

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders and offer $8 express shipping.

​

International orders

We offer a standard shipping rate of $60. Please consider our digital print option!

 

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. 

​

If you have received the wrong product or an incorrect print size, please contact us at hello@linelanguage.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will replace your artwork free of charge.

​

If you have placed an order and changed your mind, a refund may be granted at our discretion if your order has not been processed.

​

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please get in touch with us at hello@linelanguage.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist.

​

To be eligible for a return (wrong product or incorrect print size), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at hello@linelanguage.com.au and we will send you a refund form and reimburse you for the cost to send the print back to us.

Please note that we take no responsibilities of any delays or missing products due to any wrongful information provided by you, such as full name, delivery address, e-mail and phone number.

We do not take responsibility for any products that are damaged during transit.

 

We shall under no circumstances be held liable or be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, extra costs or expenditures occurred due to your specific circumstances, for example as a consequence of any delivery which has not been retrieved by you in due time.

​

Colour Disclaimer: Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every monitor/screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.
